The Identity of the Source: Yahweh, God The Father
God The Father or specifically the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is the Patriarchal God of the Biblical Old Testament or Hebrew Text and The Father of Jesus Christ, known by the sacred name (YHWH) Yahweh (or Jehovah)(יהוה) Exodus 3:15. In the strictness of the Biblical text, this identity of The Father is never shared or divided; it belongs solely to Him as the Supreme Source, The Most High God & Literal Father of Jesus Christ.
The Biblical Evidence
To establish this "Bible Fact," consider these five key pillars:
The Name of the Source (Exodus 3:15): God declared His eternal identity to Moses: “Say to the Israelites, ‘Yahweh, the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has sent me to you.’”
The Father is the Patriarchal God of the Jews (John 8:54): Jesus explicitly identified the Father as the one the Israelites claimed to worship: “My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me.”
The Father is the God of Jesus (John 20:17): Even after his resurrection, Jesus maintained the hierarchy: “I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.”

2. The Relationship: Jesus Christ, Yahweh's Literal Son
The Bible identifies Jesus Christ as the One & Only Son of God (John 3:16). He is Yahweh's literal Only True Son, existing in His Fathers Divine likeness and "is the exact representation of His Being". Hebrews 1:3
As Gods literal Son, Jesus has always shown himself to be subordinate to His Father, has learnt from His Father and always puts His Fathers Will above his own. Luke 22:42
Biblical Evidence:
John 14:28- "The Father is greater than I."
John 5:19- "Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does."
3. The Power: Yahweh's Divine Breath (The Holy Spirit)
According to the strict text of the Bible, the Holy Spirit is literally God the Father’s Sacred Breath, known in Hebrew as the Ruach HaKodesh (רוּחַ הַקֹּדֶשׁ), a unique manifestation of His Power.
1 Corinthians 2:11- "For who knows a person's thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God"
The text above provides the definitive mechanical comparison that: just as a human's spirit is an inseparable part of their own being, the Holy Spirit is the Father’s literal "Spirit" or "Divine Breath." It is a unique manifestation of His presence, projected from Himself into the world to empower those who believe in His Son and to execute His supreme will across creation.
Romans 8:11 "And if the Spirit of him (The Father) who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you."
4. The Conclusion: The Return of the Kingdom
The ultimate proof of the Father’s supremacy and Headship is found in the "Final Act" of the Bible. After Jesus Christ completes his mission of subduing sin and death, he does not keep the throne for himself. The Apostle Paul taught at:
1 Corinthians 15:24, 28
"Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father... so that God may be all in all." —
The BBD Bottom Line:
We believe in a Father who is so great that He sent His Literal Son to save us and uses His Sacred Breath to empower us. We don't follow a mystery; we follow a Father.
